Our Experience

Members of the cohort experienced growth during the program. Highlighted areas include:

  1. Acquired and strengthened leadership tools
  2. Enhanced abilities of self-awareness, communication, collaboration, systems thinking
  3. Deepened connection with peers & among network of UC Leaders
  4. Increased know-how on initating positive change & innovation

  6. Increased ability to support UC in fulfilling its missions of research, education and public service respectful of UC consensus driven culture and drive to adopt best practices needed for success.
